2019 Mulch Fundraiser

The Grand Ledge Lacrosse Club is excited to announce the addition of a Spring Mulch Fundraiser in conjunction with Hammond Farms Landscape Supply. Bags of mulch will be on sale for $6 per bag and bundles can be ordered through our site via credit card.

All mulch orders must be placed by April 26th, 2019

Mulch orders will be available for pickup at Marsh Field on Friday May 3rd from 6pm - 8pm and Saturday May 4th from 8am - 11am.

Bulk Mulch

In addition to bagged mulch you can purchase a $25 coupon that will save you 10% on up to 35 yards of delivered mulch for those large landscaping projects.

Unfortunately we cannot offer these coupons online but they are still easy to purchase.

Mulch Ordering Instructions

The order process is a bit bulky. Our website is equipped to handle registrations for various sports activities but currently lacks the ability to easily take orders outside of the common lacrosse registration. But in an effort to keep costs down the club was able to create a process through our existing system.

Please select the color you wish to purchase by clicking on the register now button.
That will take you to the registration screen.
1. If you have never registered with our site you will need to create an account and make yourself a participant in our program as well. It is pretty straight forward but if you are having a problems please refer to this help article;https://bluesombrero.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/228183867-Parents-Online-Registration-Instructions
2. If you already have an account please log in.
3. TIP: Register a new participant such as yourself as to not attach the mulch order to your athlete.
After registering and logging in you can then select the color bundle or color bundles of mulch you would like to order from Available Programs and click continue.
This next screen is a little different but necessary because the site is setup for registrations and not selling bags of mulch per say. Make sure you select YES for each bundle you want and NO for each bundle you don't want before hitting continue.
The next screen is our fan wear section if you would like some great Grand Ledge Lacrosse Gear.
And finally you will be met with a familiar checkout screen to complete the process.

Please bring your receipt when picking up the mulch. Mulch orders will be available for pickup at Marsh Field on May 4th from 9am - 12pm.
